Booking Policy:
Memorial Day to Columbus Day one night reservations are accepted Sunday through Thursday within seven days of your arrival date.
ROOM REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

Columbus Day to Memorial Day weekend, one night reservations accepted seven days a week.
ROOM REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

OCCUPANCY:
All guests registering must be over 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age are only permitted to stay with an adult family member or guardian.  Due to local ordinances all guests must present photo identification upon arrival.  No more than 2 adults (21 years of age and over) may be registered in one room.

Policy:
Reservations and Deposits: One night's deposit is required for all reservations. A deposit guarantees for you that we will hold the space as outlined in the reservation request and for us that you will take the entire period booked. You are responsible for the number of nights reserved.  We apologize for any inconvenience but we DO NOT accept any reservations via e-mail. 

SPECIAL REQUESTS ARE NOTED BUT NOT GUARANTEED.

Payment: Balance is due on day of arrival. All transactions are to be made in cash or Travelers Checks. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express also accepted upon arrival

Cancellations: Deposits will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation is received ten days prior to arrival date. This includes credit card deposits. There is a 10% service charge on all cancellations received prior to ten days of arrival date.

Notice: The Motel units, beach and pool are for the use of registered guests only.

All Rooms Are Non Smoking
Smoking is permitted in parking areas only. All rooms, balconies, and our pool area, including our sun deck are non-smoking. If you choose to smoke in these prohibited areas, you will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee.
