Our ocean Dunes and Seascape buildings have rooms that are ocean front.  These rooms have either two queen-sized beds or one king-sized bed.  They have a refrigerator, coffee pot and private balcony with a sliding glass door that faces directly toward the ocean. Our Seascape is a non-smoking, oceanfront building.



In our Bayberry building, there are rooms with two queen-sized beds and rooms with ocean views and two queen- sized beds.

A room with two queen-sized beds also has a refrigerator, coffee pot and a sliding glass door that opens up to a private balcony, but there is NO view of the water.

Our ocean view rooms are all located on the second floor of the Bayberry building and have balconies that face a northeasterly direction towards the water, hence ocean view - NOT ocean front. They also have refrigerators and coffee pots.


Our Beach Plum building has rooms with either one queen-sized bed, or two double beds.

Our queen rooms have one queen-sized bed.  They face a side street, New York Avenue. The room has a table and two chairs, TV and a telephone.  This room accommodates a maximum of two people. 
The other room type in this building has two double beds. These also face New York Avenue. The rooms have a table and two chairs, TV, telephone and a refrigerator.
